All Design Projects have requirements (intake forms, photos, logos, business collateral, etc.) that The Hustle Babe Agency/The Brand Hustler LLC team must receive in order to complete the project.
Upon booking and paying for a design service, the client is made aware of information needed via intake form, email and/or phone. The required information is due within 3 business days of the request for orders under $250 and 7 business days of the request for orders over $250.
Failure to submit required information with that timeframe will cause a delay in the project's completion.
If it has been over 15 business days from the date of the order and the client has failed to provide the required information, we receive the right to postpone the project momentarily or indefinitely. In this case, REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
If the client requests the reinstatement of his/her project, the client will be assessed a fee. The team at The Hustle Babe Agency, The Brand Hustler LLC, reserves the right to deny reinstatement.
Within THREE (3) business days of receipt of each Deliverable (design proofs), you are required to approve or submit revision requests via email. Failure to do so, will cause the deliverable to go into an automatic accept stage.
