Once you’ve purchased any branding service, you will automatically get an email prompting you to fill out a form that will allow you to describe in detail how you’d like your service done. The form will also ask for your colors and logo (if you have one), so please have those handy and ready to email. 

ALL DESIGNS HAVE A 5-7 BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND. 3 BUSINESS DAY RUSH IS AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT. SHIPPING IS AN ADDITIONAL 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS.

RETURNS POLICY

ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS INCLUDING E-FILES AND ONLINE CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

ALL COACHING SESSIONS, STRATEGY CALLS, SERVICE CALLS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. SESSIONS MAY ONLY BE RESCHEDULED WITH PROPER 12-HOUR NOTICE. IF NOT, CLIENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO RESCHEDULING FEE. IF CLIENT FAILS TO PAY THE RESCHEDULING FEE, THE SESSION WILL BE DEEMED LOST.

ALL SERVICE-BASED PRODUCTS INCLUDING GRAPHIC DESIGN, WEBSITE DESIGN, PROJECTS, BRANDING BUNDLE AND/OR MONTHLY CLIENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE REVIEW THE DESCRIPTION AND OUR POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING.

SHIPPING

If a Design + Print + Ship order is placed; orders will be printed after client approves the final proof of the design. Once printed, the item(s) will ship to the address provided in the order details.

Shipping can take anywhere between 3-8 business days.

All orders will be provided a tracking number.

GENERAL DESIGN PROJECT REVISIONS

General designs are small design projects (flyers, IG Revamps, etc.) Websites and Branding Bundles do not fall into this category. All general designs are created as proofs and sent to the client. Each design proof comes with two revisions. After a client approves the final proof, we assume that there are no more revisions to be made and your project is marked as completed.

General design revisions have a turnaround time of 2-3 business days. Due to our large project scope, general revisions are initiated and completed in the order received. 

What Happens If You Need More Than Two Revisions?

Each project includes two revisions (minor & major) such as font change, picture change, colors, etc. If you pass this two-revision mark, you will be subject to an "Additional Revision" fee of $15 per revision.

What Happens If You Need A Revision After The Final Approval?

If for some reason you need a minor tweak such as wording after approving the final proof and haven't exhausted your two additional revisions; we may grant your request. The request would have to be made within two weeks of your project completion date. If it is outside of that two-week period, you will be subject to a "Redesign Charge" of $30.

WEBSITE DESIGN TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS

With website design, you have a 30-day technical improvement period. That means that if you encounter any technical issues such as something not loading properly, freezing, etc. I will attempt to fix the issue for you free of charge. The technical improvement period does not include design changes. 

 WEBSITE DESIGN CHANGES

For design changes (images/graphics, layout, colors, font, etc.),  you are allowed ONE MAJOR REVISION and TWO MINOR REVISIONS. Website revisions have a turnaround time of 7-10 business days. Due to our large project scope, website revisions are initiated and completed in the order received. 

What is a MAJOR Revision vs. MINOR round of Revisions?

  • Major Revision – A revision that changes the whole design completely (banner redesign, graphic redesign, additional apps and functions, etc.)
  • Minor Revision – Small revision that requires changes to the text, font, layout, etc. but NOT a completely different design

What Happens If You Need More Revisions?

Each website design project includes ONE MAJOR REVISION and TWO MINOR REVISIONS. If you pass this these revision marks, you will be subject to the following fees: 

  • "Additional Minor Revision" fee of $30 per revision.
  • "Additional Major Revision" fee of $65 per revision.
